WESCOTT SHOEMAKER offers free shipping to all addresses in Spain. You just need to include the address where you want to receive your order when you purchase your product and you will receive it in the next 24/48 hours.

RETURNS

For WESCOTT SHOEMAKER your satisfaction comes first. That's why you have the possibility to return/change the size or model of your order within 14 calendar days and we will assume ALL THE SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED TO THE ORDER.

You just need to follow the instructions below:

  • Contact us via e-mail (info@wescottshoemaker.com) or call us at +34 960 018 865 to inform us of the return. 
  • Tell us also what you want us to do: change size, model or refund of the full amount.
  • We will send you a label that you will need to print and paste it to the WHITE BOX that you received with your order.
  • Bring this box with the label on it to one of our collecting points. Access the following link to check for your closest point https://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=es_ES
  • You are DONE. No fees, no pain.

As soon as we receive the shoes and check that they are in perfect condition, we will proceed immediately with what you have indicated to us in your email.

Return to store:

Any item purchased online can also be changed or returned at our store in Calle de la Paz 18 in Valencia, Spain.

Other Shipping Rates applying to orders below 180€:
